As much as Im not a big fan of Paris, I believe there are some shady business going on with this patent.

I think Gwyneth Shoes had an insider and was to steal the idea by filing for the patent before Paris launched the product. I say this because the timing of the patent to the launch of the product by Paris is too suspicious. I think the courts should definitely look into that.
